The mission of BizEcons Quarterly is to publish peer-reviewed empirical research papers that test, build, or extend theory and contribute to practice. All empirical methods – including, but not limited to, quantitative, qualitative, field, and laboratory methods – are welcome. Theoretical, empirical, and methodological articles from all major fields of business and economics are featured in the journal.

To be published in BizEcons Quarterly, a manuscript must make strong empirical/theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those contributions. Accordingly, preference is accorded to submissions that extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically investigating issues with high significance for theory and practice. BizEcons Quarterly is not tied to any particular national context. All papers from business, economics and related fields on any region or country are highly welcome. Single country studies, regional or multi-country studies can be submitted.
